Sales of original works are final.  I am sorry but this policy is only to prevent overhandling and damage to original watercolors, as they are archival and must be limited in their shipping/handling and overall travel and display.

About Originals: These are done on watercolor paper 300gsm by Arches Cold Press typically.  Fortunately it is the best paper out there for watercolor. Unfortunately it isn't quite thick enough to resist complete bending.  So some bending based on your current humidity and location will effect the painting.  When and if you frame the paintings, you should consult the framer and have him work with this, they encounter this issue with watercolor paintings the world over!  I apologize, but the heavier papers are unfortunately very grainy and difficult to get the same quality control (but I don't know everything so if you find a better paper than Arches 300gsm please let me know!)

Prints: These are sent in rigid mailer envelopes but sometimes get bent and/or damaged when in transit.  Please let me know if your prints arrive damaged and send me an email with photographs of the damages from this website or directly to ito@itoscaresme.shop and I can replace them once the refund is processed.  

If you are completely unsatisfied with any of the other products, prints, stickers and related, please return in original shipping containers within 14 days of purchase.  Thank you for your understanding.
